COVID-19 PATRON GUIDELINES AND

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

 

 

What do I need to know about attending an in-person NHTP production at the theater?

  • Tickets must be purchased on our website. Advance sales only; no tickets will be available at the door.

  • Seating will be 25% capacity and blocked off for 6-foot social distancing.

  • All patrons and staff must wear face coverings at all times. If you do not have one, we will provide you with a mask.

  • If you are feeling sick, have symptoms of COVID-19 (fever, loss of smell or taste, muscle aches, sore throat, cough, shortness of breath, chills, headache, gastrointestinal issues) or if you have been exposed to someone who has tested positive to COVID-19, please stay home!

  • We will be admitting one party at a time. Please wait outside until the House Manager calls you in.

  • Please keep all personal belongings with you at all times.

  • Please practice social distancing and respect your fellow patrons.

  • There will be no intermission.

  • No concessions will be provided.

  • Rest rooms will be open but we ask that you not stand in line; the House Manager will assist you.

  • Immediately following the performance, audience will be asked to exit the building promptly. If you wish to meet with a cast member, that should happen outside.

What are we doing to keep patrons safe?

  • We are following guidance issued by the Governor’s task force and the CDC.

  • We’ve upgraded our HVAC system with Merv-13 air filters.

  • The theater will be professionally cleaned before each production, and also cleaned thoroughly between performances. All common surfaces, including seats, will be cleaned between performances.

  • Hand sanitizer will be available to patrons at all times.

  • We will be reassessing often and adjusting protocols as needed.

What if I am not able to attend on the night of the performance?

  • In-person tickets are not refundable but can be transferred to an online ticket OR we can send you a donation receipt.

  • Online ticket purchases are not refundable.

What if I’m not ready to come back to the theatre?

  • All performances will be livestreamed. Online tickets are available on our website.
